Orders without printing (digital photos) will be completed only in electronic form, using the delivery method you selected. Printing (10×15 print, A4 print, A3 print) is only possible if the photo is also ordered in digital form. All printed photographs will be available for pickup only at the reception of Klub Bublinka, regardless of the delivery method. Delivery by any other method (e.g., by mail) than USB flash drive or cloud storage is not possible. Free upload to cloud storage/USB applies only to your first order from a given photoshoot with a prepaid deposit. For second and subsequent orders, or for older photoshoots without a prepaid delivery option, the upload is charged at the standard fee of CZK 195 per order. For security reasons, we do not accept previously issued USB drives for re-uploading. The only exception is if you receive a defective USB drive from us –  in that case, we will of course replace it with a new one.

If you choose delivery via cloud, the files will be provided through a download link, which will be emailed to you after payment and completion of the order, to the email address provided in the order. The download link is valid for 7 days from the time it is uploaded. Orders with the option of a USB drive will be available for pickup at the reception of Klub Bublinka after payment and completion of the order. Clients will always be informed of the completion of their order via email.
